May 20 Dinner

Dinner tonight was low carb nachos.
Low carb wheat  tortillas 3 net carbs 
2 oz taco meat 0 carbs
Jalapeno peppers  0 carbs
Salsa 1 carb
Pancho cheese Dip 1 carb

Dining Out

Ate at a local seafood restaurant and still kept my carbs to around 5. Shrimp has and Steak has 0. Counted and extra 1 for shrimp seasoning. Also I eat the outer edges first because they have the most fat so I ended up eating about half of the steak.

Tracking the Journey

Today is the day! I have been on Keto since April 2, 2020. I have lost 14 lbs since starting. I wanted to start tracking my journey in hopes to see what works and what doesn't. I do track macros but also I am dirty keto. I like protein bars and some things that are not strict keto but are still low carb. I keep my net carbs 20 or below everyday. I hope to not only have this as a reference but to help others along the way. I will be keeping track of meals, weight loss, and things that work and do not work for me.
