Tracking the Journey
Today is the day! I have been on Keto since April 2, 2020. I have lost 14 lbs since starting. I wanted to start tracking my journey in hopes to see what works and what doesn't. I do track macros but also I am dirty keto. I like protein bars and some things that are not strict keto but are still low carb. I keep my net carbs 20 or below everyday. I hope to not only have this as a reference but to help others along the way. I will be keeping track of meals, weight loss, and things that work and do not work for me.
